1. What Chop Awoof is
Chop Awoof is a marketplace connecting Lagos food merchants with surplus food to customers who want it at a discount. Chop Awoof does not prepare the food itself and does not operate a food safety certification scheme — merchants remain responsible for the food they sell.
2. Using the service
You agree to provide accurate account information, collect orders within the stated pickup window, and review allergen and content information before buying. Chop Awoof is pickup-only; there is no delivery.
3. Orders and refunds
Payments are processed securely through Paystack. If an order is cancelled, rejected, or times out before the merchant confirms it, the full amount is credited to your Awoof Balance. 4. Privacy and safety
We collect only the information needed to provide the service, process payments, and support you. Inspecting or collecting your order does not waive your right to report food that is unsafe or materially different from its listing.
